The Danger of Nepotism and Cronyism among Christian Leaders

 Is there nepotism in choosing pastors and leaders in our churches? Is there cronyism also -- unfair and unethical alliances among pastors -- as well? Are there pastors who try to get family members into ministry when they lead unrighteous lives? 

This is something that I heard about years ago. Some of my Pentecostal friends mentioned "the sons of Eli" from time to time when talking about certain people in ministry. This was a hard video to make, but some may need to hear and consider this.
